These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Science of Visibility™ operated by Maria Tadevosjanova (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), based in the Czech Republic. By purchasing or accessing The Science of Visibility™, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Educational Purpose Only

The Science of Visibility™ is an educational program providing training in personal branding, social media growth, and monetization strategies. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing contained within the program constitutes personalized financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or guaranteed business outcomes. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

2. No Guarantees of Results

We make every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. However, there is no guarantee that you will achieve similar results. We do not guarantee income, earnings, business growth, social media growth, follower increases, client acquisition, or any specific outcome. Results vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to individual effort, consistency, skill level, prior experience, market demand, economic conditions, and personal decision-making. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Earnings Disclaimer

Any earnings statements, income examples, testimonials, screenshots, case studies, or success stories presented inside or outside The Science of Visibility™:

We do not independently verify participant financial data unless explicitly stated.

Building and monetizing a personal brand or business involves inherent risk. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

You accept full responsibility for your business decisions

You assume all risk related to implementing strategies taught

There are no assurances of income or business growth.

4. Testimonials and Results Representation

Testimonials, income reports, screenshots, and success stories shared in marketing materials or within the program reflect individual experiences. They: Do not represent typical results. Are not guarantees of earnings. Should not be interpreted as promises of success. Prospective participants should not rely on examples as a prediction of their own performance.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the full payment amount. If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access. We do not store credit card information directly.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

7. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of The Science of Visibility™ program.

We reserve the right to update, modify, change platforms, restructure, or discontinue the program at our discretion without prior notice. Lifetime access does not guarantee indefinite hosting or access beyond the operational life of the program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within The Science of Visibility™, including but not limited to videos, trainings, documents, templates, frameworks, branding materials, and community content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Maria Tadevosjanova. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, record, share, or exploit any materials without written permission.

9. Account Sharing and Access Misuse

Access is granted to one individual per purchase. Account sharing, login credential distribution, or unauthorized sharing of materials is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor suspicious activity and revoke access without refund in cases of misuse.

10. Community Conduct

Access to the private community hosted via Whop is a privilege. We reserve the right to remove any participant for harassment, disruptive behavior, spam, solicitation, intellectual property violations, or breach of confidentiality.

Removal may occur without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maria Tadevosjanova shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, business losses, or decisions made based on program content. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maria Tadevosjanova from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in the program or implementation of its content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
